Steve is the coach of the CERN Softball team. That, a PhD and two dollars will get you a cup of coffee in Geneva. Steve believes in the Bo Schembechler aproach to coaching, although he admits it is difficult finding one or two plays his team can run consistently for three or four yards. In the off-season, Steve spends his time measuring excited beauty in the L3 detector and at the bottom of his bottle of Old Virginia. Both methods have proved equally successful. Steve's hobbies include blues music and hallucinogens.
