The minutes from the APGM 2002 were read and accepted with unanimous vote.
The Club Committee officers elected during the year 2002 where presented and their priceless involvement in the CERN Softball Club acknowledged.
The Activities for 2002 where described and reviewed. We played a lot softball and had fun. So, it was a successful season.
The Accounting for 2002 was presented and accepted with unanimous vote. Yearly balance was for 1511.11 CHF positive.
Committee elections were held. The CERN Softball Club Executive Committee for 2003 shall be:

Activities for 2003 were reviewed and planned. We are going to play more softball and have fun.
Accounting for 2003 was proposed and reviewed. Remboursement for participation to the GSL will be requested to the CCC, There will be no request for funding from Sport Toto.
The possibility to purchase and install a pitching machine was raised. To be followed up.
