1^st Music sport festival

A fastpitch amateur softball tournament

Verona 22^nd-23^rd July 2006

This tournament will be played between 6/8 teams divided into 2 groups and the best placed teams in each group will be in the finals.

Women or mixed softball teams can participate at this tournament. No particular rules are applied concerning the composition of the teams. It can be 9 women or 9 men.

Program

Saturday 22^nd July

Games start at 9 am and finish at 7 pm.

Dinner in the sport centre and fun from 10 pm on with the Big Latin night with Dj Diego Mass Loco and the entertainment of Mariolito… obviously there will be dance instructors and Latin American dancers (visit the website www.tribunalatina.it).

Sunday 23^rd July:

Games start at 9 am and finish at 6 pm

The prizes will be given at 6:30 pm.

Fees

Registration fee for each team is 100 euros and includes insurance, prizes, balls for the games and water during games.

Registration fee for each single player is 35 euros and includes 2 lunches and 1 dinner.

For those who want to sleep in a hotel, the cost per night, breakfast included, is 30 euros.

The hotel is at walking distance from the field. Please let us know as soon as possible the number of people and the kind of rooms you want, as it is high season.

For organisational reasons we ask a deposit of 30% of the whole sum for team and players to send no later than wednesday 28^th June to the following address:
