Directions

Directions from Lyon

Coming from Lyon, take the autoroute all the way to Geneva (rather than exiting at Bellegarde for Pays de Gex) and follow the signs for the airport or Lausanne. This way, you pass through the large douane on the autoroute. Watch your speed on the Swiss autoroutes, there are at least four speed cameras. Once you get to the airport (on your left), follow Directions from Airport.

Directions from Airport

From the airport (direction Lausanne), you can follow the map. Just after passing the airport, take the exit for Versoix (on right) then take the first left and then another left. Follow that road until it comes to a T and turn right. The road which goes back to the field will be a small road on your left (half km) with a stone wall at the corner. Follow that road all the way back until you see a large chalet on your left with a big parking lot and a softball field. Please park inside the gate (not on the street), even if it means parking on the grass.

Directions from Downtown Geneva

By Car

Take the road which goes along the west side of the lake (see map). Go past the autoroute entrance for Lausanne and take the next left (direction airport). Take the first right and then an immediate left (map). Follow that road until it comes to a T and turn right. The road which goes back to the field will be a small road on your left (half km) with a stone wall at the corner. Follow that road all the way back until you see a large chalet on your left with a big parking lot and a softball field. Please park inside the gate (not on the street), even if it means parking on the grass.

By Bus

Bus V will take you from Cornavin to the Valavran stop in Bellevue. Find Chemin William Rappard and follow it for a few hundred meters. You'll see the gate to the Marine house on your left.

It's also possible to take the train to Bellevue, but the walk to the field is probably longer.

Directions from Ferney-Voltaire

Take the rue de Versoix through the small douane in the direction of Versoix. Go straight through the traffic circle and up over the hill (Crêt d'El). There will be bison on your right. Turn right at the next traffic circle (direction Bellevue). Take this road under the highway bridge. The road to turn on is a very small one-lane road about half a km from the bridge on the right. On the left is a small three story house and two traffic mirrors. At the entrance to the road is a sign "Danger 2 km". Go straight down that road to the T, turn left and then immediately right into the parking lot. Please park inside the gate (not on the street), even if it means parking on the grass.

Directions from Lausanne

Take the autoroute all the way to the airport exit. Follow that exit loop all the way, then turn right to go back over the highway. Now, get back on the highway going in the opposite direction (direction Lausanne). Now follow Directions from Airport.
